Hire Options & Inclusions at Ivory Pavilion

Depending on which package you choose, here are all the hire options and items available at Ivory Pavilion:

PACKAGES OVER VIEW**

 

Ultimate Intimate

  • Pizza and antipasto boards, Beer garden and balcony only Cocktial lounge hire and use. 

  • Basic room dressings included

  • No buggy, no bridal suite, no access to Grand Room. 

 

Grand Weddings

  • No hires, catering, or décor included

 

Grand Inclusive

  • Décor included

  • Antipasto or grazing + main meal included

  • Drinks package included

  • Bridal suite and buggy included

  • No additional hire items

 

Gold Wedding Package

  • Nearly all hires are already included:

    • Dry ice

    • Fireworks

    • Photo booth

    • Buggy hire

    • Acoustic music + DJ

    • Décor

    • 8 hours photography

  • Additional inclusions:

    • Hire of stands or charger plates ext from trusted hire business. 

    • Champagne tower (optional)

  • Optional upgrades:

    • Extend photography hours

    • Add a videographer or content creator

    • Hire the Audio Book guestbook

    • Hire the Love Light up letters.

Room Hires ( when not included in your package) 

  • Cocktail Lounge – $650 (4 hours)

  • Grand Room – $1,250 (4 hours)

  • Bridal Suite – $500 (full event duration, setup & cleaning included)

 

Services

  • Photographer / Videographer – $150 per hour (to extend coverage)

  • Content Creator or Videographer – View packages here

  • Drone Coverage – $300
    Flown during couple photos, group shots, and for video ( weather permitting) 

 

Other

  • 6-Seater Buggy Hire – $350
    Includes staff driver for guest transfers before/after ceremony and transporting couple + crew to photo locations

  • White Linen Cleaning Fee – $250
    Required for cocktail or trestle tables dressed in white linen (black linen included at no cost)

 

Catering Add-Ons

  • Breakfast Boxes – $35 per person (two menu options available)

    •        •    Canapés – $15 per person (when booked alongside mains with caterer)

Film and photography

The beauty of having an agency under the owner's business portfolio is the ability to offer high-quality with the benefit of discounts. If you wish to increase the already included photography, you can do so at $150 per hour, making it $300 to add two more hours should you want to capture more of the day, from preparation to the end of formalities. This also increases the number of delivered photos; each hour adds another 25 edited photos to your. If you are considering having your wedding professionally filmed, you can add a videography package to your wedding and simply deduct $300 from the listed prices found here:
