Our Gold Wedding Package is the ultimate all-inclusive experience—designed for couples who want luxury, style, and zero stress. Adds a canapé roving before your mains and breakfast boxes for the grooms party during prep. Dance on a cloud then let the fire works go behind you!

Gold Wedding Package $23,800
Our Gold Wedding Package is designed for couples who want it all—premium styling, stress-free planning, and an unforgettable experience without having to lift a finger on the day. This top-tier package includes every detail, allowing you to simply arrive, relax, and enjoy the celebration.
Timeline & Venue Access
Bridal suite access from 1:30 pm, with complimentary beers and a gourmet breakfast grazing box for the groom’s party.
Ceremony on our scenic lawn on the Buninyong Golf Course near the dam (note: golfers may be present). Your planner can also suggest alternative locations like local chapels, gardens or wineries.
6-seater golf buggy available for full-day use (1:30 pm–8:00 pm) to transport guests, assist with photo shoots, and take you to sunset photos later in the evening private driver included.
Reception & drinks package: 5-hour service in the Grand Room from 5:30 pm–10:30 pm.
Food & Beverage
Cocktail hour: Canapés, four roving canapé selections served before the main meal.
Main meal: one meal per guest—select from 50/50 drop, or buffet service.
Pop-up bar: open from 2:00 pm pre-ceremony and again during cocktail hour (weather permitting).
Bar service: full bar available, with cocktails and mixed drinks at bar prices outside the package.
Furnishings & Styling
Includes everything you get in the Grand Inclusive pacakge but adds the option to upgrade to dramatic white linen upgrade across all tables included.
Artificial florals in the cocktail lounge and floral centrepieces for all guest tables in the Grand Room.
Décor includes candle cylinders, glass boxes, floating candles, and candle stands in a range of colours.
Full table styling: placemats, charger plates, gold or silver cutlery, dinnerware, ribbons, sashes, table numbers, and more.
Additional inclusions: wine barrels, coffee station, fixed rose and greenery feature walls, cake barrel, balconies, gift table, and beer garden seating.

Professional MC & DJ for the reception.

Personal wedding planner and an on-the-day coordinator.
Champagne tower in the reception room (with optional ribbon-tied coupes).

Payment Schedule
Secure your wedding with a 30% deposit, followed by two additional payments scheduled 6–8 months apart based on your chosen date.

Celebrant & Photographer– We believe this is a personal choice. We’ll help you find someone who suits your style and budget.
Cake – Whether it's a traditional cake, cupcakes, donut tower or champagne tower alternative, you're free to customise this detail your way. But as always your planner is here to help you find the right desert match.
