Timeline & Exclusive Venue Access

Groom’s Party Experience – From 1:30pm

Start the celebrations early with access to our private groom’s suite, including:

• Gourmet breakfast grazing box by Plentiful Plater.

• Complimentary beers for the groom’s party

• Private space with amenities and refreshments

Ceremony

Choose your ceremony location on the beautiful Buninyong Golf Course near the dam, or your planner can assist in arranging alternative locations such as local chapels, gardens, or wineries.

Guest Arrival & Cocktail Hour

• Pop-up cocktail bar available pre-ceremony and during cocktail hour (for weddings of 85+ adults, weather permitting)

• Four premium roving canapé selections served before your reception meal

Golf Buggy Experience

Enjoy exclusive use of our 6-seater golf buggy from 1:30pm – 8:00pm, complete with a private driver to assist with guest transport, photo locations, and those unforgettable sunset photographs with the drone.

Cocktail Hour

• Four roving gourmet canapés served to your guests or our signature grazing table. Guests can purchase a drink as bar prices or place a TAB on for limited drinks selection. 

• Enjoy our signature grazing box and a bottle of Prosecco upon completion of your photos in the privacy of the bridal suite

Enjoy a 5-hour drinks package in the Grand Room from 5:30pm – 10:30pm.

Payment Schedule

Secure your date with a 30% deposit, followed by two additional payments scheduled approximately 6–8 months apart, depending on your wedding date.(if a fourth instalment helps we are open to discuss)
