Timeline & Venue Access

3:00 PM – Venue Access & Guest Arrival
The groom's party is welcomed to the venue to finalise those last important details, with guests arriving and the bar opening from 3:00 PM ahead of the ceremony.
3:30 PM – Ceremony on the Grounds
Your videographer will begin here
4:00 PM – Photos
You will be whisked away in the golf buggy for couple and family portraits around the stunning grounds.
4:30 PM – Cocktail Hour
Guests enjoy a beautifully styled grazing table while select beer, wine and soft drinks are served at bar prices. The bridal suite is available from this point as your own private retreat.
5:30 PM – Reception Begins
The Grand Room opens and your evening celebration gets underway, with the 4 hour drinks package commencing and DJ services kicking off the night.
6:00 PM – Dinner Served
Choose from a relaxed seated buffet or a crowd-pleasing pizza and chips spread. 
8:30 PM – Videography concludes
9:30 PM – Bar Closes
10:00 PM – Event Concludes

 

Food & Beverage

Guests are welcomed into cocktail hour with a stunning grazing table, before sitting down to a relaxed and delicious dinner. Choose from a seated buffet or a crowd-pleasing pizza and chips spread — both designed to keep the mood relaxed and the evening flowing. Select beer, wine and soft drinks are included from 5:30pm through to 9:30pm, giving you a generous four hours of drinks service from the start of the reception onwards.
 

Furnishings & Styling
Your ceremony is set with 30 white chairs, a beautiful hexagon arbour dressed in flowers suited to your theme, and a signing table and chairs to mark the moment in style.
For the reception, choose from elegant runners, bare trestles or classic black linen to dress your tables — or upgrade to striking white linen for up to 15 tables for just $250. Throughout the cocktail lounge and Grand Room, artificial florals create a lush and romantic atmosphere, complemented by candle cylinders, glass boxes, tea lights and floating candles that cast a warm, intimate glow across the room.
The venue itself adds its own charm, with wine barrels, a coffee station, fixed rose and greenery walls, a cake barrel, sweeping balconies and a beer garden with relaxed seating — all included as part of your day.

 

Entertainment & Services

Four hours of DJ services keep the energy and atmosphere exactly where you want it, from the first song of the reception through to the final farewell. Elevate your evening further with the addition of a professional MC — speak with your wedding planner to tailor this to your day.
Every precious moment is preserved with five hours of videography, including a cinematic three-minute highlight edit and full ceremony footage to relive again and again.
From the moment you begin planning to the final song of the night, you are never alone. A dedicated personal wedding planner guides you through every detail in the lead-up to your day, with an experienced on-the-day coordinator by your side to ensure everything unfolds perfectly.

Payment Schedule

Secure your wedding with a 30% deposit, followed by two additional payments scheduled 6–8 months apart based on your chosen date.

Cake – Whether it's a traditional cake, cupcakes, donut tower or champagne tower alternative, you're free to customise this detail your way. But as always your planner is here to help you find the right desert match.
